Charles T. O’Neill ("Ted") is an attorney with and founding partner of O’Neill & Neylon. Ted is also an investment advisor representative with and a founding member of Family Wealth Architects LLC.
Ted is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and of the Bars of the Federal District Court of Massachusetts and the United States Tax Court.
Ted began his professional career with Price Waterhouse in Boston where he became a Certified Public Accountant. He was also a member of the faculty of the Bentley College Graduate Tax Program. He received his Bachelor of Science from Bentley College, his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School, and his Master of Laws in Taxation from Boston University Law School.
Ted lives in Weston, Massachusetts with his wife and business partner, Mary Ellen Neylon. He is a member of the Weston Golf Club and of the New Seabury Golf Club in Mashpee, Massachusetts, where he and Mary Ellen have a summer home.
Ted and Mary Ellen are the parents of two children: Mike O’Neill, an attorney in Washington, D.C.; and Chrissie O’Neill, who is an assistant manager for Newbury Comics in Massachusetts. Ted’s personal interests include golf, sports, reading, history and music.
