OUR FEES

O’Neill & Neylon

Fees for legal services provided by O’Neill & Neylon are generally based upon time charges calculated in accordance with the law firm's standard hourly rates as established from time to time.

Fees for certain services may be estimated in advance because past experience allows the law firm to estimate the time required to complete a particular project. Other services may not be subject to precise estimates because it is unclear how much time may be required to complete the project. In the latter case, we will provide an estimated fee range. Our goal is to establish a clear understanding with our client about the fee arrangement at the beginning of each engagement.

Family Wealth Architects LLC

Family Wealth Architects LLC (FWA) does not directly charge a fee for its advisory services. Rather, FWA receives a referral fee from the recommended Independent Managers chosen by the client (the "Referral Fee"), which may be a flat fee or a fee based upon a percentage of the market value of the assets being managed by the chosen Independent Manager(s).
